You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal of a free account (Free version), we will delete it.

If we have already received payments from you, we will reimburse you for these payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service or if you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw from the contract after we have begun performance at your express request, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time of the withdrawal in comparison with the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.
